What is your shipping policy?

Shipping takes place once every 2 months

DOMESTIC

Fastways Couriers’ delivery time varies depending on your location within Australia, however orders outside of Western Australia will typically take between 3-5 business days, while WA deliveries will typically take one (1) business day.

You will receive tracking information from Fastways Couriers informing you of your parcel’s whereabouts.  If you’re not at home when your beauty box is delivered, don’t despair – our delivery instructions are to then 'leave in a secure place out of the weather'.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not currently ship overseas. We will keep you posted if anything changes. 

 

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for individual items inside your box. If you would like to seek a refund please email pompombox@outlook.com with a photo of any damage or order number and reason of return,

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are only for the period paid for. Once your chosen subscription finishes you will need to purchase it again.

 

How does PomPom choose whats inside?

We will always try to include a beauty product, something fun, a treat, something healthy and something pretty.
